SHIPPING POLICY
Ultra Peptides ships all orders with USPS Priority shipping (1-4 days). We do not offer USPS express shipping. We do not ship orders on weekends or Federal holidays. There is typically a 24hr delay for shipping updates once an order is delivered to USPS. Please give USPS time to update their tracking system. Our shipping labels read “BCULTRALLC” as the shipping company.
Ultra Peptides makes every attempt to drop orders off at the United States Postal Service (USPS) the same day, Monday-Friday, if orders are placed and confirmed by 4pm ET. All orders will be delivered to USPS Monday – Friday after the 4pm ET cut-off, holidays and weekends are exempt. All orders placed on a Federal holiday or weekend will be delivered to USPS for shipping on the next business day, after 4pm ET. USPS updates their order tracking system on next business day, therefore there could be up to a 24hr delay in your orders tracking history. Please give USPS time to update their system.
If your package is returned back to us because of a wrong address that was put into your shipping account you will need to pay the $10 shipping fee for us to reship.
Your order includes tracking and insurance via USPS. If your package was lost, damaged or stolen, you will need to contact USPS directly and file a claim at USPS.com. You will need to provide USPS with your tracking number and a picture of the damaged package. Here is the link:

TRACKING INFORMATION
There are three easy ways to track your order:
- Sign up for SMS text alerts. We have an SMS feature at checkout, which will send you text message alerts to help track orders & payments.
- Simply log in to your account. View order history, tracking # in the notes section and more. Access your account dashboard here.
- Check your email. If you don’t see an email in your inbox from BCUltraLLC, please check your SPAM/Promotions folders. We send you detailed payment and tracking information once orders are placed and accepted. Tracking numbers are provided for all order shipments via email.
