No returns unless the customer receives a wrong product upon receiving the package. You will need to contact Ultra Peptides within 24hrs hours with a proof of photo in order for us to replace what was ordered. If the product has already been opened and used they will not be replaced.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please file a claim directly with USPS, as all orders are shipped priority and insured up to $100. You will need to provide USPS with your tracking number and a photo of the damaged package. Here is the link:
