RETURN POLICY 

Ultra Peptides will accept returns under certain conditions.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, only if the delivered package is unopened, in its original condition and untampered with. You can refuse the order upon delivery or bring the unopened package back to USPS as a “return to sender”. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return once the package is received back at Ultra Peptides and verified it has never been opened or tampered with.

If the customer receives a wrong product upon receiving the package they will need to contact Ultra Peptides within 72 hours with a proof of photo in order for us to replace what was ordered. If the product has already been opened and used they will not be replaced.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please file a claim directly with USPS, as all orders are shipped priority and insured up to $100. You will need to provide USPS with your tracking number and a photo of the damaged package.

REFUND POLICY

Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once a tracking number is issued for your order. If the order ships and is in transit but has not been delivered yet, the order must either be refused upon delivery or it needs to be taken back to USPS as a “return to sender.”

You will get a full refund minus the cost of shipping, only if the USPS package is unopened and untampered with, within 30 days. All packages will ship as BCUltraLLC on the shipping label. Please refer to our Return Policy above, for more information.
