PEG MGF 2mg
Firstly, PEG MGF stands for Pegylated Mechano Growth Factor. That is to say, it is a long-acting variant of MGF which is a split variant of IGF-1 (but its sequence differs from the systemic IGF-1). Secondly, it is present in the muscles, bones, tendons, brain, and heart tissues after a load of stress. Therefore, its main purpose is to promote faster recovery from muscle damage.
How PEG MGF works:
Pegylation is a process of attaching polyethylene glycol to another chemical compound. It is often done to reduce the body’s natural immune reaction to an agent or, as in the case of PEG-MGF, to increase the half-life of the compound in the blood. This is done by reducing clearance in the kidneys.
In addition, PEG MGF regulates muscle inflammation and enhances the regeneration process. Given these points, it improves the enlisting of the white blood cells, macrophages and neutrophils to the site of injury.
Lastly, by increasing the number of cells that transform to create specialized cell types, this promotes muscle growth/repair and formation of new nerve cells or neurons.
- Ability to induce growth of new muscle cells
- Neuroprotective effect (protects the nervous system and brain
- Mediates myocardial cell survival and myocardium repairs
- Tissue growth and wound healing
- Positive role on bone injury healing
